The staff were pleasant. The sound insulation needs improvement, the elevator is really noisy, and there was an odor in the room.

The highway is nearby, the bedding is good, and the breakfast is nice. The hallway and elevator lack lighting, a mirror disappeared from the room, and the bathtub is dangerous.

The room is clean and basic, the breakfast is filling, the staff are very friendly, and it’s conveniently located for the metro into Lille. I would have liked a kettle in the room.
