Nice spot and comfy beds, but the bathroom flooded during rain, soaking everything and my shoes, with sinks and shower barely draining. I had to wear waterproof shoes, it was gross. The room smelled like someone had peed everywhere, the floor was sandy, AC barely worked, hallway noise was loud, and the $20 daily parking fee was hidden and not worth it.

Only the location and dog‑friendly policy were good. The hotel is split apart; water leaked from the lobby ceiling and into the bakery, the 7th‑floor cleaning staff tossed garage bags, a dirty towel lay in the hallway, and an old broken chair stayed there all day. Our room was worn out – they need repainting, repairs, and beach décor.

Great location and very comfortable beds, but the stay price, extra parking fee, and the fact that free chairs weren’t offered (and it wasn’t advertised that they were gone) forced me to call for air‑conditioning fixes and for TV to work while I worked remotely.
