I really liked how they checked us in early in the morning without telling us we’d have to wait until two, and the staff on the 19th floor were very friendly; Anja was very pleasant, and the reception girls were also nice and welcoming.

The room was very large, clean, and had everything you need. The staff didn’t speak English, but they always tried to help with translation apps, which worked. Everything was fine… no complaints.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds comfortable and almost new. Breakfast was excellent and met western tastes. The Cantonese restaurant had very interesting dishes, and the lobby bar was well stocked. Nothing to complain about.
