Good breakfast and communication with staff – a horrible pension! 100 years of monsters! The photos of the rooms don't match reality! We booked a room that we only saw in brochures. For a romantic visit to Luhačovice we received a room with a child’s crib and an extra bed with no comfort at all. Huge disappointment! And the bed was awful – hard mattress! None of us slept well, we woke up in pain even at night! In summary: they have to lie. but is this how? Nice photos that don't match reality. Overpriced nonsense! In Rakušek it’s cheaper and with better comfort! Never again!
