The elevator made a loud stop, then opened its door without any signal, the lights and fan switches were poorly maintained, the bedsheets felt strained, parking was expensive and the discount mentioned by staff never applied, and no staff were on duty when we needed them; the rooms were too pricey for what they offered.

The place is fine, just a short walk for a simple breakfast, overall a good stay that I would recommend.

The comfort was great, but the lift button was broken so we had to use the stairs to go down; aside from that, everything was wonderful.
