The front‑of‑house is enthusiastic and helpful—nothing was too much trouble—and the rooftop bar offers amazing views. There were no negatives; everything was fantastic!

The location is great, rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is good, staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful, and kudos to Yasoj for doing a fantastic job.

The hotel is very pretty, clean, and tidy, with a lovely library inside that pays tribute to the great poet Fernando Pessoa. The staff and service were excellent, and they even surprised us one day with a gift in the room. Just a minute from the hotel is a beautiful square with small restaurants and bars that are great for an evening out. Everything was excellent!

The location, the quiet of the room away from the street, and the breakfast are all positives. The room itself was small, had little storage space, and was relatively expensive.
