We really enjoyed our three days there. The hotel’s location was excellent, close to the waterfront, shops, and restaurants. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the courtyard had a cozy vibe. The wellness area was adequate, with a sauna available (an extra pool would have been great). The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a gaming room with Xbox and PS games. On the second day the towels were replaced, but they forgot to put a hand towel and a bath towel back. The Xbox controllers were linked to the same account, so we couldn’t play together at the same time.
The location was great in the sweet town. The hotel was very clean and pleasant. We really enjoyed it.
“Relaxing stay at Lake Balaton”
Great spa facilities with serious saunas and cold plunge. Staff are also particularly helpful and welcoming. Food is diverse enough and good quality—making it a good place where to chill and relax for an extended weekend. There were spider webs on all windows (room, rooftop bar, restaurant) which made it very hard to enjoy the beautiful lake view, such a shame
“Többet ide nem megyünk!!!”
The area was tidy, the hotel was pretty and quiet, and breakfast was decent, though the scrambled eggs were cold for two days. The wellness section was nice and clean. We received a half‑cleaned room with a stained carpet. When we asked for another room, we couldn’t get one and had to wait while they cleaned. At 7 pm the neighbors were still cleaning, and at night some maintenance was being done. We booked for four days, but after three days the room card stopped working. Dinner was cold and there was no variety.
“Okay, there was a problem with the air conditioner and the window, I came for 3 days and will not be”
The parking lot was large, clean, and there was a spa. The room was okay, but the window didn’t open fully and it was hot. When we arrived, the staff cleaned the air‑conditioner filter and it worked for a day, but then it stopped. The food seemed fine, with a wide selection, but at dinner you can’t even drink water without paying.
