I had an incredible experience at this hotel, where the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even lent me a charger when I forgot mine, and offered me fruits when I was feeling unwell. They also went out of their way to assist me with my daily needs, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would give them a perfect score without any complaints.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, which still had cigarette butts from the previous guest. The bed was also extremely hard, and I would have preferred a more comfortable blanket.
