“Excelente!”
The team is extremely friendly, and the facilities are very good. Perhaps there could be more food options.

Located on Naviti Island in the secluded Yasawa Islands, the eco-friendly Barefoot Manta Island Resort offers beachfront bungalows for swimming, diving, and snorkeling. Recreational activities include volleyball, kayaking, and hiking, while meals are prepared with Pacific Island-style dishes and locally sourced produce. A compulsory resort package includes meals, WiFi, and non-motorized water sports, with diving courses and conservation talks available upon request.

The island is very pretty, and the little house where I stayed is also! The room’s floor was cleaned, but the bed was not made (private room). Internet is only available in common areas; they should warn about this so guests can decide.

The place is amazing, with a fantastic coral reef and beautiful dive spots nearby – a little slice of paradise on earth. There’s nothing else to add.

The facility is fantastic; from check‑in it was clear that, despite its name, it’s not a resort but a “community” focused on protecting the reef and sea. The beach‑view room with private sunbeds and hammock was truly lovely. Must‑do excursions include manta sightings and snorkeling. The only drawback was the outdoor shower: it looked great but only had lukewarm water at best. The wind at night made it rather unpleasant.

The resort’s location overlooking two beaches is a plus, but I wouldn’t recommend it, especially to experienced divers. It’s too pricey for what it offers. The food was always the same, basic, and expensive. Bungalows were very spartan yet overpriced. The common areas didn’t live up to the price. Internet was missing everywhere except at reception. Staff were reluctant to help and slow to answer requests. The diving was the biggest let‑down, unsuitable for seasoned divers: there were no interesting dives and they didn’t even show you spots worth seeing. They mainly run 3‑day courses for young people. For the price and services received, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
