Jay at check‑in was a real asset—he asked the right questions, seemed genuinely interested, and was enthusiastic about his role.
The staff were rude and nobody warned us about the valet fee before we booked.
“When I looked up this hotel on google, its said they are 3 star. This hotel is definately not like 3 stars hotel. Compar”
The room and bathroom were spotless, the shower works great with a fast hot‑water flow and offers both a rain and a handheld head; the handheld even lets you adjust water strength, which surprised my sister and me. Each floor has a water fountain with several clean plastic pitchers, so you can grab iced water without leaving the room. The hotel sits within walking distance of most Bellevue malls and a short stroll takes you to the beautiful Bay Park. The downside is parking: only valet is available, costing $45 plus taxes and fees per day—when I stayed I paid $54.05 a night, totaling $108.10 for two nights, and it’s separate from the room rate.

The hotel is clean, but the amenities are limited: a tiny drawer, only one small soap bar, and just two Q‑tips per day.
