“Torre del Mar”
The staff were friendly and the proximity to Paseo Marítimo and Playa is a plus. However, the furniture in the room was old, there was a charge for the safe, and the pool was poorly located.

The apartment is simply amazing; the bed is super comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The room was nice and the sea view was okay. But there were far too many people in a very small dining hall, which made it very noisy and not at all cozy, so we couldn’t eat quietly.

The rooms were clean and well insulated, and the beds were comfortable. The view was supposed to be to the sea, but we were given a balcony overlooking a park that was under construction, so we couldn’t enjoy the balcony as much as we would have liked.

After paying 150 euros per night, our room had no balcony and faced the carpark. Every morning from 6.00 am there was noise from deliveries. I complained to the hotel when I checked in and they said they would move us, but no alternative room was ever found. The Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room. I met with the Manager, who offered no compensation. I will be taking this further with the company that owns AC Hotels. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT YOUR HOLIDAYS RUINED. Also, major building works outside the front of the hotel were not disclosed before booking.
