“Relaxed lovely stay”
The room is so clean and relaxed, and the location is perfect. The only downside is that there is no fridge in the room, but we always manage and it doesn’t deter us from booking again.

The location is excellent, the beach is within walking distance, and there are cafés and shops nearby. The neighbors were noisy, often drunk at night. Rooms lacked a fridge, minibar, wardrobe, and even a table. The bathroom had no ventilation and the windows always fogged up. The sink was clogged.

The staff washed my baby’s bottles every day with a smile, and I didn’t feel like a bother. The location is great for those who enjoy souvenir shops and Chinese manicure boutiques. However, beware of scams: “double rooms” actually mean a room for two people, not two separate rooms, and the photos are very misleading. “All‑you‑can‑eat brunch” is a factory‑style cafeteria that is disgusting and not fresh; we had to buy our own fruit like many other families. Cleanliness was appalling—my baby couldn’t bathe in the tub (see photo). We were moved to another room and the lack of hygiene was blamed on old age, which was nauseating. Stay away! Room 401 was a little better. There was no peace: walls were paper and doors were steel, so the slamming doors every minute were horrible. Our baby barely slept, and we had to go to the beach to get proper sleep. Comfort was poor: if you could sleep, you would do so on a sheet used as a bedspread, with a thicker blanket provided that had a strange odor. We were stuck because the accommodation had been paid in advance, unfortunately.

O ubicación. Los ascensores fallaron todo el tiempo y hay solo 2 para todo el hotel sin variedad de frutas en el desayuno y al Momento de tener un inconveniente el personal de recepción poca predisposición para solucionar
