This is a scam—do not book here! I booked a Studio, but upon arrival the accommodation offered only a Capsule. The place advertised itself as Studio, nowhere did it say it was a Capsule. I demanded a Studio, and they said I could only stay in a proper room if I paid triple the amount I had already prepaid. I refused and also refused to stay in a Capsule. I requested a refund, and at least the refund was paid back quickly.

The hotel is located in a Japanese house, giving the impression it was once a residential building converted for guests. The hotel offers a great lounge room with board games, and a traditional Japanese bath with a micro-sento that can be used in turns according to a schedule. I had never seen such a setup before, so I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast must be ordered in advance when booking. If you check in without breakfast and then decide to add it, you won’t be able to.

なし. 台風の影響で熱海発の船が運行するかどうか出発の1時間前まで不明だったので、心配して宿泊の日程を変更させていただきたかったが、それを許してもらえませんでした。翌日も島から帰れるかどうか当日ではないと分からない状況だったので、スタッフと相談してみましたが、解決策を全く勧められていませんでした。しかも、キャンセル料として全額取られてしまいました。 勝手にキャンセルしたいとか、勝手に日程を変えたいということではなくて、台風だから不安だったため、適切な対応してほしかっただけです。ただ単にお金の無駄になっただけです。
