“Pésima experiencia”
The only good thing about our stay was the location, which is convenient for exploring the island. Unfortunately, our experience at Mamma Nui Glamping fell far short of expectations and ruined what should have been an unforgettable Easter Island adventure. *Security was poor: access to the dome was via a wooden ladder with loose, moving planks, and the steps were open with no adequate lighting at night; we saw no warnings or safety measures for guests, posing a serious risk of falls. *Incomplete information at booking: the bathroom was outside the dome, a detail not clearly stated in the description or during the booking process, causing significant discomfort, especially at night or in rain, wind, or cold, forcing us to leave the accommodation to use the bathroom. *Hygiene conditions were very poor: overall cleanliness of the dome and especially the bathroom was awful. The bedding, sheets, and towels looked dirty and did not inspire confidence in hygiene, so we requested replacements. The lack of cleanliness was a constant concern throughout our stay. *Breakfast: we found mold in a juice pitcher’s interior. Because of this, we chose not to eat breakfast at all, even though it was included in the rate. We have photos and videos supporting all these points. In short, the mix of safety issues, lack of relevant information at booking, and severe hygiene deficiencies made our experience very disappointing. These problems significantly impacted our trip and prevented the overall Easter Island experience from being as positive as we had hoped.
