The place was dirty. The drug use and alcohol consumption were terrible. It was worse than a workers’ dorm.

Nothing good. I never got my room because it was occupied even though I had booked and already paid through booking, which looks bad. I think I will never book with booking again.

The cheapness was not worth the lack of care! I will never go back!

The only positive thing was that it was relatively close to the center. The level of dirt and neglect was beyond anything I had seen before! We didn’t leave the place right away because we were heading to the Valley of Arts, and we only needed accommodation for one night, knowing we wouldn’t find anything close. We booked two rooms, one for a young couple and one for a family of three. We were moved to another place because the floor where we were originally supposed to be turned into a full‑night bachelor party, and we had no idea about that! The housekeeper tried to be helpful and gave us a spot on the ground floor where four people shared one room and one person was on the hallway, with only one bathroom. Huge black spider webs were hanging in the bathroom, the door couldn’t be closed, there was no curtain on the shower, so everyone could see the water, but there was no mop or anything like a mop‑like thing covering half the bathroom, which was already completely soaked from the “century‑old” water. In the kitchen the faucet was so loose it could fall apart at any moment, we couldn’t even reach the pots, the gas stove and the tiles were thickly greasy. The furniture were uncomfortable, shabby pieces collected from the 1980s.

I was disappointed: everything fell apart, everything was dirty or stained with paint, nothing worked… They wanted us to sign a separate contract for the rental. The place was full of construction workers. Keys were hard to find.
