The mattresses are too thin.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options, the location was another highlight right by the river surrounded by a beautiful, spacious park perfect for a relaxing walk and I really enjoyed my stay, however the carpet in the bedroom may contribute to better thermal and acoustic insulation, but since the en‑suite bathroom has no window I have some reservations about the suitability of wall‑to‑wall carpeting from a hygiene perspective and I experienced a slight increase in my allergy symptoms during my stay; on the positive side the bedroom has a large window and keeping it open helped alleviate the discomfort considerably, and despite this minor concern I had an overall positive experience and would consider staying at this property again.

Nice place, clean – the bedroom was okay and matched the pictures – the staff were helpful and friendly – convenient for commuting, only about 20 minutes away by metro from the center and 5 minutes from the station – vending machines inside the facilities with various choices – nice breakfast though it could use more proteins (sausage and eggs) but given the price I understand it might be too much – overall good value for money; however there were multiple doors in the hallways so I had to open about 5 doors from downstairs until I could access the room – there was no hand soap in the bedroom which was a bit unsettling after opening so many doors – the toilets were not separated from the bathroom but in a room of 4 people it was okay and I didn’t have to wait – there were some disrespectful guests making loud noises in the hallways late after midnight but thankfully it didn’t last long.

There’s hardly any signage and the lighting is sparse.
