The service staff were extremely friendly, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness, the hardness of the bed, and the malfunctioning refrigerator that made a lot of noise. Even the complimentary apples, which could have been a nice gesture, were of poor quality.

We had a terrible start to our stay when we found our assigned rooms to be dirty and smelling of tobacco. Although the staff quickly rectified the situation by preparing alternative rooms in a nearby building, these still weren't up to standard. We reluctantly spent the night, but with the help of the staff, we were able to get a refund for the second night and check into another hotel.

My stay was a mixed bag. I was pleased with the spacious room and amenities, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and overall condition of the facility left much to be desired. The breakfast was a letdown, and I was also disturbed by the noise from neighboring rooms.
