The apartment itself was much larger than the photos showed. It already smelled on the stairs, and it was extremely clean. The welcome was great, the area was quiet, the location 10/10. My son and I were completely alone and peaceful. Communication before arrival was superb! The climate control was perfect. I was thrilled with the kitchen—could make breakfast all day while my son swam in the pool. The big plus was the washing machine; we also received tablets for it. The cleaning staff replaced the linens regularly; everything regarding cleanliness was flawless. The biggest surprise, and my first, was the owners’ attitude. We felt like part of a family. They were extremely friendly, hospitable, always ready to help if needed. The owner offered us transport several times when we needed it. I’m speechless because such things rarely happen. From the heart, thanks for everything, for all the help and the gift. I have only words of gratitude and all the best for you. We will miss our little oasis of peace. Thank you. The only small drawback, if I may say it, was that you’re not allowed to jump in the pool. That was the only thing, but they managed and arranged it so we were satisfied. Everything else is just praise.
