The surroundings and rooms were extremely beautiful and aesthetic, and the staff were extremely gentle and polite. I would have liked more variety in the high‑tea snacks.

The staff were available 24/7. However, the room wasn’t fully checked or prepared before we were handed the key. The food was only okayish. The pool hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. The Jacuzzi leaked, and many staff members couldn’t operate it until the managers personally stepped in.
