The bed was huge and comfy, the staff were friendly, there were plenty of snacks and a good variety, and the bathtub was the right size. The breakfast was a huge let‑down and nowhere near the quality we’ve seen at Michelin‑two‑star restaurants in Europe—an embarrassment for the price.

Everything! Especially, how nice the staff was (especially the one with the hat!)! Service is top notch, free water, and snacks whenever you want/need. Wine’o’clock was a unique idea. Everything was clean and well designed and comfy. This was one of our best stays overall. As with every hotel globally: not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff. But that’s really nitpicky
