How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were excellent, attentive, and always ready to help. I especially want to thank Hana and Omnia for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to everything yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet—and it offers great value for money. All in all, a wonderful stay I’d highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the place got a bit noisy around noon.

It was quiet except for the loud morning prayer coming from nearby, and the swimming pool area was nice; the room itself was also pleasant.

The staff are undoubtedly the best we found on our trip to Egypt, and the location is 10/10.

All the staff were kind and answered every small request with care, which warmed my heart. When I mentioned that the first room unexpectedly combined the toilet and shower, they changed my room from the second day onward, which was a huge relief. The laundry service was inexpensive and they folded my clothes neatly, which was very helpful. I only wish I had known beforehand that some rooms had the toilet and shower combined.
