The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the check‑in was easy. The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as the one in Edinburgh.

The beds and rooms were nice and clean. There were lockers for everyone plus extras. The separate vanity rooms with sinks and hair dryers were very handy. Staff were available 24 hours. The communal bathroom didn’t lock and ran out of toilet paper a few times. The communal shower was lukewarm at best. The music in the hallways and reception was too loud, and a club next door hosts events most nights, so you can hear music and people smoking outside until about 3‑4 am.

I paid for a single room with a double bed, but the booking email said it had been changed to a bunk in a dorm. I have an illness that makes me avoid dorms, so I was disgusted and decided not to stay. I didn’t ask for a refund; I’d rather cut my losses after such a mishap.

Location. 15 min from the bust station and perfectly located for what I needed. Clean Great reception/bar/seated area. Wish I'd asked for a bottom.bunk. the top aren't as easy to get into but I'll know for the future. No towels. Couldn't find where they were kept, glad I took my own
