Located 500 m from Troyes’ historic centre, the renovated Mercure Troyes Centre occupies a former factory, blending industrial charm with chic, cozy décor. Rooms feature modern private bathrooms, air‑conditioning and satellite TV. Two terraces serve Champagne and crafted cocktails, while a vitamin‑rich breakfast buffet energises guests. The venue includes three meeting rooms and a lounge for up to 90, with nearby underground parking available by reservation.

How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is ideal, right next to the center, and the air‑conditioning is a real plus, especially appreciated in the heat. The staff seemed a bit unfriendly. The room’s cleanliness was lacking: there was no toilet paper when we arrived and the bathrooms hadn’t been properly cleaned. The parking, while available on site, is paid and quite hard to access and maneuver.

The hotel is top.

Parking in the spacious underground garage was easy, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the room and bathroom were generous.

The comfort, décor, and room size were impressive, and the varied breakfasts were tasty. The hotel is close to Troyes’ historic centre. However, the alarm went off at 4 am because a guest didn’t understand that smoking is prohibited, which was frustrating.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the underground parking is safe (though you must reserve a spot). The location is convenient – the historic city centre is just a 10‑minute walk away.
