The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was good. The location is great, right in central Heiligenhafen, close to the harbor and restaurants. The room was a bit cramped, but that's to be expected in an old building.

We were greeted very warmly and felt comfortable and welcome from the first moment. Our room, the breakfast area and the whole hotel were very clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast left no wishes unfulfilled and was very tasty. If we spend another weekend in Heiligenhafen, we will book a room immediately.

The friendliness of the ladies at the reception and at breakfast was especially outstanding. They always had an open ear and were very helpful. Perfect! Will visit again.

The reception was great and the staff very friendly. The room was tidy, the bed slept well and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well situated, close to the fishing harbor. Nothing.
