The spot is great and the room was nice, but it’s hard to find. They give you a helpful guide after you complete contactless check‑in, but it should be sent earlier. The best way to locate it is to go through the opening next to the Soul Kitchen, go upstairs, and then head back to the Soul Kitchen; that’s where the entrance is.

The bed was comfortable, the window was large, the bath towels were good, and it’s close to the square and key tourist spots. However, finding the apartment was tough because you first have to get into a shopping mall, which caused a lot of trouble, especially if you arrive before check‑in time. The room was too small, leaving no room to open a bag, and there was no breakfast included.

The hotel sits right in the center, just a stone’s throw from every attraction. The room feels independent from the rest of the building, giving you more freedom. It shows some wear but is still pretty clean. The mattresses and pillows are good, and you get fresh towels and water daily. We did run into a minor issue with the toilet water, which took a couple of days before we were moved to a smaller room.

The spot was spot on, and Magdalena from housekeeping was a real gem. The only snag was that there are no elevators, so you have to haul your suitcases up 25 or more stairs. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the room next to you, and at 12 am the mall’s maintenance work was a constant buzz.

The location is great and the cleaning is solid; the lady who does the cleaning is very nice, so overall I was satisfied. The room was too small, there was no space to open a suitcase, and the TV only had one channel and the remote didn’t work, but that wasn’t a big deal.
