The staff were helpful in solving a few issues, and breakfast was good and made to order. Parking was available. The hotel is very noisy, the room wasn’t cleaned, and the towel wasn’t changed.

Via WhatsApp they said they couldn’t honor the reservation because it was already full, claiming Booking over‑sold the occupancy, but they asked the client to cancel the booking 🤷🏼♀️.
