The stay was pleasant and enjoyable; the staff were helpful and courteous, the surroundings are nice and close to the lake, but the entire area has very weak reception, and the only downside inside the center is the lack of a stove for preparing meals.

I've been to Kropelce three times now, and I'm confident it won't be my last. The setting is just beautiful, with a great playground for kids and hammocks and benches for parents to relax. It's close to all the main attractions in the area, but still tucked away in a quiet forest. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the value for money is excellent. Plus, the parking is huge and the food in the bistro is delicious.

What really stood out to me was the friendly staff and the fact that the room had a kitchen and a balcony - it was a great bonus. The location was also convenient and the room itself was comfortable.

The location of this place is fantastic - it's right by the lake, surrounded by trees, and the rooms have huge balconies. The breakfast was also really generous. However, the rooms themselves were a bit of a letdown - the layout was awkward and the furniture was a bit old. And the kitchenette was basically just a sink and a kettle - not exactly what I was expecting.
