The owner was super friendly and even drove me from the airport. He gave me great tips about surfing and the area. The room was clean and comfy, bathroom spotless, kitchen had everything. Walk to the beach is quick, and Jaco is easy to reach.

The place had everything we needed – kitchen, AC, and a daily cleaning that kept it spotless.

Just a block from the beach and comfy because we were the only guests. But the place was filthy – kitchen and bathroom were a mess. Only one fork, no hot water in the shower. The person who looked after the hostel kept bringing in outsiders, and they didn't know we were arriving or how we were paying.
