Everything was great: the staff were friendly and responsive, the grounds were excellent, the pool was clean, the breakfasts tasty, and the location convenient.

My family of five loved it: the room was large with huge comfortable beds, spotless, and the modern stylish décor. We had big verandas/balconies—perfect for relaxing with a stunning view. The pool was across the road from our building, a bit inconvenient but not a big deal; everything else was just fine.

Good location, only a 5‑minute walk to the sea, not noisy, a big pool, tasty breakfasts, and a very good room with a fridge.

We stayed at the end of August 2026. We chose it based on reviews and everything was fine. The owner, Victoria, takes every guest request into account. I wish her hotel and her business success. Rooms were clean, furniture good, the view from the window is up to you—I'd pick the courtyard side with its private balcony. Breakfasts and lunches were tasty. It’s a 5‑minute walk to the sea. Opposite the hotel is an open‑hour supermarket. A stop to the center of Kobuleti is nearby. There’s a benchmark for holiday accommodation in Kobuleti. We’ll come back and only stay here.
