“Good for the price.”
The staff were very friendly, though the location wasn’t great, but acceptable for the price.

The room was spacious, very clean, and everything was well organized. Everyone on the staff was cordial and helpful. The heating was very old; on the first night it made an unbearable noise that disrupted my sleep, and on the next two nights it wasn’t turned on at all. The place needs a renovation, especially the bathroom which has a bathtub and a curtain that drips water everywhere. In the hallway near the room there was a door with a lock that was odd and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, especially since the key wouldn’t turn twice.

The staff were very attentive and gave tips on how to get to places, and there was a map that helped a lot. I found the locker too tight and had trouble getting the water to the right temperature.

The hostel was great, the staff helpful, clean, and the location good. On the ground floor there was a lot of noise from people coming and going and chatting outside my room.

The hotel was warm and welcoming. The rooms and bedding were comfortable, the common areas pleasant. The location was very good, close to the metro. It was practical for exploring Santiago.
