Unser Zimmer (Pisa) war sehr groß und die Betten gemütlich. Kaffe und Frühstück waren exzellent, der Service total gut. Wir konnten unsere Koffer vor und nach dem check-in/out in der Unterkunft lassen, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße und unmittelbar zum Gemeinschafts-/Frühstücksraum. Zwischen Mitternacht und 08.00h war es jedoch ruhig

I liked the location and the breakfast space. The room cleaning was lacking; they only changed the towels but didn’t clean the room.

La localización, la habitación estaba limpia y cuidada. El personal era agradable. El desayuno era poco variado, la hora era de 8-10, a mi parecer muy temprano. A las 8 empezaron a poner la música a todo volumen que nos despertaron. Se oía muchísimo la calle, a pesar de tener persianas en la habitación

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom solid. Breakfast was modest but sufficient. The location was very good, with a tram right outside the door and everything close on foot.

The Firenze room was super spacious. The tall dark‑haired girl at breakfast was very attentive and efficient, though she was absent for two days and that was noticeable. The TV remote failed us; the batteries they gave us barely lasted. That detail needs attention. The beds were a bit low but that didn’t bother us. I recommend it 100 %.
