“Not bad”
The location was very good, but the place could use a bit of touch‑ups. There was no DSTV.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my overall experience.

My stay at this accommodation was a letdown due to the numerous issues I encountered. The building, room floor, and outdoor areas were very dirty, and the fridge door shelf was broken, limiting its use. Additionally, the waste basket was insufficient, the curtain rail hooks were broken, and the toilet paper quality was subpar. To make matters worse, there was cigarette ash next to the basin when I arrived, and the parking situation caused a lot of stress.

Although the hotel's location was convenient, being close to many shops, the room itself was too small and lacked access to the patio, which was a major drawback.

I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the view from my window. The hotel had everything we needed, and I would definitely consider booking here again. It was a great experience overall.
