I had a fantastic stay at this hotel — everything was top‑class! The room was roomy, the beds were superb, and the shower water pressure was great, those little touches that really matter. The lobby felt cozy and stylish, and the dining area and bar were equally impressive. The staff were warm and welcoming, clearly invested in guests’ comfort. What really set the place apart was the owner, a passionate skier who gave us a thorough pre‑arrival guide for the trip. He met us early in the morning from the bus, organized daily transfers to the ski resorts, explained how to get back, and even helped arrange shipping our belongings back to Tokyo, a huge help in settling in. The weekly dinner options were another highlight; we enjoyed homemade sushi and pizza nights. The only slight drawback was that the breakfasts felt a bit repetitive, but a Lawson nearby lets you pick up extra items and keep them in the fridge if you want more variety. Overall, I’d highly recommend this spot for ski lovers and anyone seeking a warm, supportive atmosphere!
