Location was good and car staff was great. The customer service extension and the room service extensions had staff who were not very helpful. It felt like they just wanted to be off the phone. There were also no menus in the room for room service or any other paperwork etc

“It’s a nice, spacious hotel. Wish the shuttle came by more than once an hour. Cost me £30 to go a short distance.”

The hotel was nice and I appreciated that the bar restaurant stayed open late. Breakfast offered a lot of variety. The shower was weird – only half a pane of glass, so water splashed all over the floor no matter where I pointed the head, and there was no sugar for the coffee.
