The location is excellent, very close to the metro stop and in a safe area. Breakfast was pretty good, though there was little fruit. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. A fan was in the room, towels were changed daily, and the bathroom was fine. It’s perfect for sightseeing, a place to rest, and just sleep.

I had a nightmare: the hotel’s customer service was a total mess. I cancelled my booking, but the hotel never reached out. When I finally arrived, they wouldn’t give me a room. I was told someone had supposedly contacted the hotel to help with the booking, but they denied it. The whole experience was a disaster and my complaint was ignored completely.

Ótimo custo-benefício em Londres, localizado em um bairro nobre. O café da manhã é simples, mas o suficiente para só almoçar mais tarde. Funcionários bem simpáticos e dispostos a ajudar. Banheiro espaçoso, quarto também com espaço. Fiquei em um quarto no térreo, que pega um pouco o barulho da recepção

El hotel era pequeño y agradable. No hubo ruidos molestos. Bien ubicado, a 5min andando de la boca de metro, a una distancia asumible del centro. La cama "doble" eran 2 camas individuales juntas, la habitación era muy pequeña y no tenía armario ni frigorífico. Por el precio que pagamos esperábamos algo más
