Nothing much except the lady working there was so nice and tried her best; however, when we arrived we had to wait an hour to get the room because of a double booking, and they wanted to send us to another location, which we refused because we had a reason for choosing this one, so I found it very poor.

I was greeted with a warm welcome, the staff were kind and always ready to help, and the overall vibe was pleasant, so my stay went smoothly. No issues to mention, everything worked out fine.

I liked the place and the staff were friendly and took good care of us. However, we booked online and when we arrived they had no record of our reservation, so we had to wait 40 minutes for our room to be ready. We were extending our stay and needed to rest before heading back the next morning, so that almost an hour of waiting cut into our rest time. At 12 midnight, drunken guests arrived, and I felt uneasy because I could hear men shouting; one of them was using the bathroom with the door open, and the hostess had to come in and quiet them down, shouting “close the gate, close the gate,” which woke me up.
