Almost everything was perfect: the entrance felt like home, with a comforting scent, and once inside the room it felt like lying in a dream. The room was spotless, hyper‑organized, and truly stunning in every way. Highly recommended.

“Un séjour parfait au coeur de Pescara”

Access to the accommodation is secured with a multi‑entry code system. The room is in a building that might not look impressive from the outside, but the surprise inside is total! The room was fantastic: spacious, modern, very clean, and air‑conditioned. The bathroom was also modern and immaculate. All necessities were available in both the room and the bathroom. The bedding was incredible; we slept very well! A small fridge was also provided with several complimentary drinks, which was very appreciated. The lobby and the room smelled wonderfully. The terrace was also very useful, especially with a drying rack for towels and swimsuits after a day at the beach. The staff were very friendly and available. Cleaning isn’t done automatically every day, but it can be requested if needed. Breakfast is served in the café at the foot of the building. There are many choices, the products are very good, and the staff are also very friendly. Finally, the location is ideal: the accommodation is right next to the train station, in the city centre, with many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Despite this central location, the place remains quite quiet even at night. The beach is also reachable in only 10 minutes on foot. For a few points that could be improved, it would be nice to add two seats and a small table on the terrace so guests can enjoy the space more. We also heard faint outside noises, especially passing cars. This did not personally bother us, but it might be useful to know for people who are particularly sensitive to noise at night. Finally, a space to drop off and store luggage before the room access time would be a real plus. It would prevent early‑arriving travelers from having to carry their bags and allow them to enjoy the city more easily while waiting to access the accommodation.

First, thank you for Alessia’s super availability and kindness during the early check‑in, and for giving us an even more beautiful room than expected! The name LUXURY ROOMS says it all! The rooms are very luxurious with high‑quality finishes, even better in person than in photos! Room cleanliness is exceptional! The elevator is convenient for reaching the apartment. The location is super central, and there’s parking right in front of the house. Thanks again for the great experience! Highly recommended because the value for money is, I’d say, excellent for the services offered! Thanks, Alessia, see you next time! Nothing else, everything was perfect.
