Lucky hotel was very expensive, the room was full of strong incense, the black sheets were stiff, the TV had no picture. I booked a single room for one day but had to leave at exactly 2 o’clock to find another hotel and pay 400 k for two nights in the same currency. I hope the owner never rents Lucky hotel again…very very bad. I didn't like the guest money policy, the TV had no picture, the sheets were stiff, the pillow was dark, and I couldn't get a regular cut.
I have to warn others about my experience at this hotel - it felt more like a short-stay motel. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist suggested we downgrade to a cheaper room, saying the business suite was too large for us. She also advised us to cancel our stay but still pay, seemingly to avoid some fees. Overall, I'd strongly advise against staying here.
Although the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and supportive, my stay was disrupted by a loud, unknown noise outside my room at 2am. It sounded like a large compressor starting up and was very disturbing.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was marred by a lack of cleanliness and insufficient amenities. The room was not well-maintained, and we were disappointed with the overall experience.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a clean room and friendly staff. The location is also convenient, close to many shops and restaurants.
