My wife and I spent three days at Sarwat and it was a flawless stay; the property was immaculate and every staff member—from the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant crew—was exceptionally professional and courteous, making our visit truly memorable. There were no complaints at all.

The hotel is close to the beach and has a lovely garden right in front of it.

The location and the staff were fine, but the air‑conditioning service was inadequate: it took more than an hour and a half to get a suitable unit, and the AC on the sixth floor was underpowered, forcing me to switch rooms to a smaller one on the fourth floor, losing two hours after arrival—an absurd situation.
