Parking is next to the building, and breakfast and snacks were amazing, more than we expected; everything we needed was there. The location and outside view were lovely. At night, we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the automatic light outside, which we could see from inside as if it were on inside. The beds were much softer than expected, but that was fine for one night.

I found a shared kitchen fridge stocked with communal items and off‑street parking, and one room was clean. However, there was no staff on site, the downstairs area was under renovation and looked like a construction site, and the room we booked hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests, so we had to get a refund for that room because we couldn't use the second one.

The property closed down because of electrical problems, with no notification at all; we arrived after a day's work had been booked and paid for in advance for the week, the manager promised to call but never did, which was a total disgrace. We had to pay an over‑the‑top price elsewhere, which was very stressful and unprofessional.

The place fit what we needed, and we appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room—though we only used the fridge. The beds were a bit lumpy.
