The pool was good, but I arrived early and no one greeted me; the front desk only opens at 3 pm, so I had to leave the hotel because I wasn’t invited to use the facilities or told I could wait inside while rooms were being cleaned. I ended up wandering the city with nothing to do, which felt very incompetent, and when I returned, the check‑in took over an hour, even though it could have been done sooner and the key handed over earlier.
