The place is breathtakingly beautiful, everything is clean and very comfortable, and the staff are truly lovely 🤩; however, we were deeply disappointed that we couldn’t stream on the smart TV—this happened during our last visit too and we thought it was a one‑off glitch; we’d love to return only if that issue gets fixed, because watching a movie or series before bed is a huge part of our experience.

הכל היה מושלם, אווירה של טוסקנה, שירות מעל ומעבר למצופה, כולם היו כל כך אדיבים ובעלי מודעות שירות גבוהה מאוד!!! זאת פעם שנייה שלנו שם ובהחלט נחזור. חוויה יוצאת דופן !!
