Nothing. We didn’t like anything at all—everything was bad: reception, room, breakfast, and the entire staff had been replaced with a much worse crew. The worst was the front‑desk clerk who tried to trick us into buying an adapter for the charger; at first she said none were available, then she brought one and pulled it out after five minutes, turned off her phone, and cut off communication with our family. We asked her to provide an adapter for any amount, but she didn’t respond. We can only say we’re counting on God and have no trust in them. We booked with them last year and the previous staff were great, we rated them 10/10, but now their rating is zero and that’s a lot for them.

The place really amplifies the experience, but the service and breakfast left something to be desired.
The hotel sits in a convenient Downtown Cairo spot, making city navigation a breeze, yet the breakfast service was spotty—some days it was entirely omitted and the menu stayed the same throughout my stay, and cigarette smoke from the reception drifted straight into my room; to top it off, the front desk charged me more at check‑in than the rate I had booked.
