The staff work hard and are friendly, but they have to do a lot with too few colleagues, and the hotel management only cares about business results. The hotel has no air conditioning, rooms are warm, the price‑quality ratio is totally out of balance, the old and broken, ragged linen is poor. The bathroom is grimy, moldy caulk edges, the shower door is often broken, the profile is full of drill holes. Beds are narrow, mattresses are too soft and sagged, there's a big hole in the middle, you lie in a pit. The mattresses are Cooltech, cold foam, very cheap and dull, the box spring is not even softer. Breakfast is completely prefab, very artificial.
