I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to the extremely poor service and lack of electricity at night. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the situation was made even worse by the fact that the hotel didn't even have a functioning power supply.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I even received an upgraded room for free. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fresh and clean. However, the hotel's exterior noise level was a problem, and the pictures online didn't accurately represent the actual state of the rooms. Additionally, the furniture showed signs of wear and tear, which made it seem less clean than it actually was.

While the hotel's proximity to the airport and decent restaurants were definite pluses, there were several issues that detracted from my stay. The deluxe rooms had a strong smoking smell that lingered even after they sprayed a fragrance to try and cover it up. We had to request a room change, and the elevator had a terrible odor. Furthermore, the staff weren't always available at the reception, and communication was a challenge due to the language barrier.

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, thanks in large part to the helpful and accommodating hotel manager, Faiz. He arranged for a timely airport drop, and the hotel itself was clean and nice. However, the frequent electricity cuts were a bit of a nuisance, and the generator would kick in quickly but still caused some inconvenience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the helpful staff who accommodated our requests. They even allowed us to order delicious food from a nearby cafe called Hammock, which was reasonably priced. However, I would advise light sleepers to choose a room away from the main road, as the constant noise from vehicles can be a bit of a disturbance.
