I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The moment I stepped into my room, I was hit with the overwhelming stench of a dirty washroom. The room itself was not clean, and I could tell that the staff hadn't made any effort to tidy up. Needless to say, I rejected the room on the spot and didn't stay.

My experience at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. Despite booking a room well in advance and informing them of my late arrival, they cancelled my reservation at midnight and claimed I was a no-show. The staff's attitude was completely uncaring and dismissive, and they offered no apology or solution. I was left stranded at the airport with no support, and it was a stressful ordeal that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
