“The receptionist was lovely and it’s in a great location, but they need to adjust the thermostat because it was like wal”

The spot was great and they offered a nice range of tea and coffee, and the beds were comfy, yet it was scorching inside with no temperature control, forcing us to keep the windows open; with a pub next door and a hospital nearby, the shouting, sirens, and traffic made it noisy, the light fixtures were dusty, and the shower unexpectedly turned on at night, which felt a bit creepy.

The room was clean and cozy, the staff were friendly, and the hotel sits in a very convenient spot with easy access to cafes and restaurants in South Kensington, plus Earl's Court station is just across the road for a quick hop to central London, all at a reasonable price.
