“waste of money”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which was its only redeeming quality. Unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant fell short of expectations, with dirty tables, dusty serving trays, and utensils that seemed to be neglected. Although the food quality was decent, the ambiance was lacking, and I was disappointed to find that the room towels were smelly and the TV remote wasn't working.

“Highly uncomfortable as rooms lack basic insulation, staff did not want to accept complaints”

While I appreciated the good tea and parathas for breakfast, our overall experience was marred by issues with the family room we were given. The room was spacious, but it was freezing cold, especially at night, due to gaps in the window frame and wall that made it poorly insulated. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they initially refused to accept the problem, but after some persistence, they provided a partially operational heater that helped us get through the night.

Although the hotel's location and food were decent, our stay was let down by the uncooperative staff and subpar services, especially considering the high rent we paid. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns, which made our experience even more frustrating.

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Manjeet and Sartaj, who went out of their way to assist us. The room size was good, and the hot water was instant, which was a nice bonus. However, our initial room was dusty and noisy due to construction next door, but Sartaj promptly arranged a room change, and Manjeet kindly organized a transfer to the train station.

“Not even remotely close to what was expected. Will give it a hard pass going forward”

Unfortunately, our experience was terrible, with no redeeming qualities to speak of. The washroom was infested with mosquitoes after flushing the toilet, the water tank was dirty, and the linen and towels were extremely untidy. To make matters worse, the staff outrightly refused to provide a drop to the train station, which was a major inconvenience.
