The rooms were comfortable and the beds were great. Breakfast was very complete, and the staff were very friendly. The pool was excellent, with warm water that was ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking or excursions. The hotel is very tech‑savvy, but they should have sent a video before arrival to make the check‑in easier. The information desk listed pool hours as 20h in one place and 22h in another; it would be better if it stayed open until 22h.

The pool was very clean and heated. The check‑in app was confusing and costly; if you lose your phone or it runs out of battery you can’t enter the hotel.
