Coffee was good and the channel selection was nice, but I demand a full refund! The staff are unbelievably rude. I was trying to arrange a place for my wife, a registered nurse, and Frank, the guy who was supposed to let us stay in exchange for rent, blocked my number after he called the hotel, and the staff told him we had been kicked out even though we hadn't. Then the manager blacklisted me from booking at any motel in their chain. Unimaginable!
